What is an Online Baby Book and Why You Need One

Every parent wants to keep a record of this wonderful journey of a newborn baby to a toddler. The best way to do this would be to have your very own baby book. You can keep notes of when your child first smiled or for the first time said something and so on. Well, you can even write down the time he first threw up all over you! There are so many things that you may want to read when your child has grown up. Reading a baby book with your child will also help you to bond with each other over the years.

Sharing a traditional paper-based baby book is hard. Many grandparents live far away from the baby but would like to feel as connected as possible. An online baby book will help parents share the latest stories and photos.

The best place to make your online baby book is at BabyChapters.com. There you can create your unique baby book and share it with all the people you want. This site does not ask for any commitments and you have no restrictions while making your baby book. The best thing is that, once you think you have finished making your baby book, you can order it here as a hard-cover book which will be printed professionally.

At BabyChapters.com, you will get a lot of helpful assistance for tailoring your special baby book the way you want to. The tools and templates at BabyChapters are very easy to use. It helps you capture all your imagination to make the ideal baby book for your child.

Help answer the question about baby book

Where can I find a really good baby book?
I cant seem to find a good baby book that actually has useful fill in the blank questions and answers. Have you gotten one from a website or a store that the book has the space to fill in all the information that you could possibly want to, plus some? I really like the one I got for my son, but Target doesn't make them anymore. Have any ideas on where to find a good baby book for my upcoming baby girl??

I would like it to have space for footprints and gas prices, and everything in between!

    I absolutely love:
    http://www.babiesonline.com/

It lets you post pics, give updates, list milestones etc. Plus it has links to sweepstakes, freebies, photo contests etc. And the best part it is free!! :) I have one for my 10 1/2 month old daughter and am creating one for the one that is due this summer. As long as you log in every 90 days (i think that is right) you can keep the page for as long as you like. Just be sure to log in every so often so you dont lose what you put in it! If you want an example you may check out my babys page:

PS: It is also nice because you can set the privacy settings so only people you want can see it, or list your email only if you want etc. So privacy is great!

how about getting her something more useful then a baby book? i'm sure she'll need it, and i can guarantee you she won't have time to fill out that baby book you give her. there are lot's of free sites out there that can send her diaper bags, infant formula samples, as well as coupons and a few other things.

Walmart carries a pink one, a blue one & a neutral yellow one from Child o'Mine, a subdivision of Carter's. It has all the obvious thing like baby's weight, etc… but it also has folder-like slots on the inside covers & a few slits inside for hair, umbilical cord & stuff like that, as well as tons of picture areas. But what I really like about them is that they ask other questions like where did mom & dad meet? Where was their 1st date? As well as all about the parents' childhoods. I thought they were the best & they were actually the cheapest. Only $12 or $13. Stay away from the Winnie the Pooh ones, they stink! Hope this helps!
