Use the music to calm your baby

Music from the MP3 player or the CD player is a wonderful way for you to calm and soothe your baby, how many times have your heard parents say that there was nothing that they could do with their crying, fussing baby until they tried music. This is because music does indeed soothe the savage beast, so does the same with the baby.
There are certain distinct sounds that have been proven to calm even fussy babies: the sounds of nature, white noise, and music. Even if your baby did not scream, cry may be frequently used in music; you can encourage this sense of calm and tranquility. Only a few minutes every day until you know that your baby will look forward to hearing some songs produced.
You do not to search the perfect song or certain types of music only for your baby. All you need to do is to let your baby listen to your favorite songs and music, if your baby will listen, and his emotions would be altered by the musical sound he heard.
Besides the music that you yourself can introduce your baby to, there are hundreds of CDs on the market today that are filled with baby songs and lullabies. And you also can download music from the internet to your media players; such as the MP4/MP5player that they can play music loudly for your baby too.
Take time to find a variety of music CDs or down music to your media players soon and be quick in notice which music your baby is most drawn to and can use that music when he is particularly fussy or is crying.

Help answer the question about baby songs
Any good ideas for baby shower songs? My baby shower theme is rubber ducky, I am going all out and having a bubble blowing machine, table, balloons, diaper cake, etc, all of rubber ducky. But I have come to a halt on the song list. Anything that is about rubber ducky or baths or even babies would be great.
yep its a 3 yr old girl.. its not fake.. she herself sang it

i am a father to be… to a daughter… and i have my electric guitar fed to earphones.. i play kiddo type songs to her…(although i slip an occasional evansblue, or seether song in there..lol) she loves it!!! i also talk to her yes i know… you probably think i am odd.. but i tend to think that she will recognize my voice at birth, and her and i will make an even closer bond… i am 40yrs.. my fiance 35yrs. this is our first child.. she is truely daddy's girl… i love my Ana Simone Miller. good luck to you and the rest out there.. it is truely a blessing!!!
my baby is 5 weeks old, but ever since I was like 24 weeks pregnant she loved music. it was really funny because she wouldn't kick or wiggle unless I had music on, and I can swear I felt her dancing sometimes! and when she was born and I brought her home I started playing some music and she woke up straight away and started kicking and waving her hands, and she also seemed to recognize the songs I was playing. I can see how much she likes music, especially keane or newton faulkner, which is what I was playing all the time when I was pregnant.
Well, I hope it isn't true! My boyfriend blares Metallica whenever we go somewhere, he says he wants to get the baby used to it now so it doesn't grow up listening to sissy music. (Which to him is country, which is funny considering her first concert was a rascal flatts concert when I was like 4 months pregnant.)
I can definitely feel my son move. And he REALLY starts moving with any kind of music. Even to relaxing music. The only thing I've noticed that that really settles him down is when his daddy talks to him.
have you ever heard of Tom Petty? when my son was a baby i could put on a Tom Petty cd and he would be sound asleep before the second song. He's 14 now and Tom Petty still calms him down lol
i love this song
what it’s this song’s name?
how is dis a baby song
the song is called cuppycake
my 6 week old can be screaming her head off and as soon as we set foot outside she quits… we go back into the house and she starts fussing. sometime i have to sit outside for hours, but she LOVES it!!
Man. My son has liked music for the longest time. He's almost 8 months and he loves Rage Against the Machine. I made a video of him the other day bobbing his head like he was at their concert. LMAO. He does it whenever I have rock playing… but never fails with Rage. It's HILARIOUS.
Yes, my daughter has listen to classical music since before she was born. She listens to it at night now, it soothes her to sleep. A is slightly ahead for her age, and very on the ball. Did the classical music help that? Who knows, but it certainly didn't do her any harm.
so cute
omg i let my 2 yr old neice destiny listen and she wanted to hear it again it was tooo cute
