Help answer the question about baby accessories
Does anyone know how well baby accessories (diaper cakes, btqe wipe cases & burpers etc) sell at craft fairs?I am looking at making baby accessories – diaper cakes, sock roses, decoupage wall letters, hair bows & holders, wipes case covers etc etc. I was just wondering if anyoe has had any experience in this and if you had good luck selling these items.

As many people have already mentioned, I always put that little stuff into baskets when my kids were babies. It drove me mad trying to find little things like socks in a dresser drawer. I got a bookshelf at the office store and a bunch of baskets and loaded the whole thing up with baskets. I labeled the sides of all the baskets so I could find everything easily.
The other thing you should do is get you a bunch of those lingerie bags with the zippers. Whenever you take off the baby's socks or mittens put them in the bag. Then just wash the whole bag. Otherwise it is a nightmare to find those in the laundry.
like the other person said, i bought a monitor thinking id need one, but monitor or no monitor, i can hear that kid crying from a mile away! this ones kind of small, but the nose bulb, my son cries bloody murder when i use it on him, so that had to go. my sling, never got baby to fit in a comfortable position, that also had to go…and my pack and play was a huge waste of money. so far. but hes only 3 months so maybe hell use it eventually

if you can locate a MEE MEE shop in your location, you can find all avent accessories there. MEE MEE is a well known shop for all baby products and usually can be found in any big shopping mall in a major big cities in india. but i am not sure if they will sell extra spouts or handles.
You should rinse everything after it's used and before it starts drying – it's much easier to wash that way!
Send me a mail with the details of your ideas, i can help you to arrange any items from Canada/USA and UAE.
Diaper cakes are more of a special order item, so probably wouldn't sell very well at a craft fair. You could have one or two made and then hand out business cards for people to call you and order one for a baby shower or event.
Things like hair bows, wall letters, etc… would probably do really well. People really are suckers for baby stuff (me included!) Homemade fleece hats and mitts for the winter would probably sell too.
Good luck!
A large diaper bag, a nice lidded basket, an inexpensive doll bed (with the clothes in a basket or bag) would all work. You can add to the clothing and accessories by buying tiny baby clothes, socks, hats, furniture, even the diaper bag and basket at garage sales and second-hand shops. Discount places and Wal-Marts also sell some pretend baby bottles, etc. The kids don't care if that stuff is from the Bitty Baby company or not.
Order early, just in case they run out.
You can sometimes find good prices on the discontinued clothing on ebay.
She will be so happy to see that baby this Christmas. What fun!
