i would recommend graco or evenflow- both are the most widely used, and affordable, and both have the travel systems-stroller/carseat

check out Mutzi Sport 4rider, 0mo-5yr. It is a bit pricey, but so much worth it. With my first I ended up buying 3 strollers as the baby grew and one umbrella stroller for the car. The same $ spent as this time for one stroller. It comes with the bassinet, and was very useful, my baby slept for hours in it during last yr's winter, and it is very high from the ground.

Why in the world would you spend that much money for a stroller?!
When they are in the newborn-5 month range, they're either in a sling or car seat when you go shopping. Once they begin walking, good luck trying to keep them in a stroller for more than a few minutes at a time. So, your talking about MAYBE 6 months of usage.
My daughter is 14 months, and when I do use a stroller (example: I'm walking in the Walk for a Cure for breast cancer in April) I haven't been using my "good nice" baby stroller, but a cheap 10 dollar contraption from Walmart because it's easier to move, easier to carry, and my daughter prefers sitting up to lounging.
We use the Graco Metrolite. It is super cute, its very light, you can fold it with one hand, is safe, has a reputable name, alerts you when there is a recall, and it is not that expensive. They have travel systems which are great for when the baby is asleep.
